Thanksgiving with the Changs, Nov 22-25
The Chang family came to our place for Thanksgiving.  Tina worked long and hard making the turkey you see on the counter.  It tasted as good as if we had bought a pre-made turkey dinner from Save Mart for $34.99, not that we did. thanksgiving_with_the_changs.jpg (55413 bytes)

At the broken bridge again
I've come to the sad realization that I seem to take the same pictures at the same spot each time.  Take for example this picture and compare it with the one from Nov 11th (a couple of pictures down).

Notice, however, how I strategically place Betty (Tina's sister) in the middle of the bridge to make it look like she broke it.  :)

I'm also starting to realize that I tend to take group photos.  And usually it's a set-up shot of us doing something.  Hmmm... it's time to start discovering new ways of photographing people!

Karen Cheng finally gets her condo, but the last tenant left it in sad shape.  So as part of the Cheng adopted family, we were put to work for a day.

Not a bad deal considering the benefits of being in the Cheng family.

Big Basin Hike, Nov 11th
We went back to Big Basin... this time on the Skyline to the Sea Trail, a 12 mile hike from Park Headquarter to Waddell Beach (Pacific Ocean).

We took the bus back, so it was all downhill.  That's my kind of hike!

See our 1st hike at Big Basin

Joe's Uncle Kevin and his wife Linda and Joe's Aunty Louisa were in town for a weekend, so we made a trip to meet them in Fisherman's Wharf.
