for her... the city of Tam Shui (fresh water).
Her Dad still lives in Tam Shui in a quaint apartment like
house by the Riverwalk which comes alive every night of the week with food and game
booths.

Just about each city in Taiwan has its own night
market. Tam Shui is no exception. These streets are filled with food vendors.
We
came here just about every night in search for "Pearl Tea" a midnight
snack. There's even an Internet cafe for a quick email check... hey, what more in
life do you need? :)
