Brownie Arrives to the Chen Household

Breaking news in the Chen household!  We have a new addition to the family as of July 8th, 2001.

As we were coming home from Los Angeles, we saw a sign "Puppies for Sale" on highway 152 near Gilroy.  Tina suggested that we stop just to look at the puppies... yeah right!

The lady at the house mainly raised Boston Terriers, but on that day she happened to have a Pomeranian in her pen... very cute, like a little teddy bear.  She was only 6 weeks old and played by herself with a bone as all the other puppies were barking and jumping around in the pen.

We feel in love immediately and bought her on the spot (after running to the ATM at Gilroy for some cash).  She's extremely quiet and incredibly cute.  We named her Brownie after her color and  Love, her middle name, reminds us to do everything in Love (1 Corinthians 13).

So welcome Brownie to the Chen household!
