Welcome to Our 1st Newsletter!

Can you believe it's been another year already?  1999 is ending soon and the new millennium is coming, so we find ourselves wondering what went on the past year.

And since you're a close friend of ours, you have the special honor of reviewing our lives through this newsletter.  This is much like listening to your grandfather talk about his war experience except when you get bored, just stop reading!  Don't worry, we won't quiz you the next time we see you.  :)

But if you want to seem like you cared, we'll sum up the year of 1999 as the following:

• We adjusted to each other as it was the 1st year of our marriage.
  
• We helped Pastor Morris Isara, the guy who married us, start a new church (Legacy of the Risen King)
  
• Cheninfo.com website was born, where  Joe finds his new hobby
  
• Tina fulfills her goal of running a half-marathon (13.1 miles)
  
• We start our scuba diving adventures by getting certified.
