Seems like our main To Do for 2011 was raising 2 incredible girls.

Maddy is in 3rd grade and Livy is in Kindergarten. They both love Green Hope Elementary and are best of friends to each other.
We spent a lot of time just being with our immediate family and our extended family, Ah-Ma and Ah-Goon.
It seems we find ourselves just hanging out at local parks, biking/scooting and living the typical southern Cary, NC life.
What's the perfect day? Ask our girls and it's probably just to hang out with friends like the Cao's and Chao's. All our kids are the same age and they have a blast playing together while the parents talk about boring stuff, like retirement.
We fully enjoyed growing in knowledge and fellowship at RCCC. While we see fruits in serving at RCCC, we also feel God's pull for us to step out of our comfort zone and experience possible new avenues. We are in "listening mode" and pray for boldness as we step out in faith at the start of 2012.
Maddy has blossomed into a steady practicing musician. As soon as soon as she gets up at 6:30am, she goes downstairs
and plays "5 Little Indians". Livy has taking a liking to her violin and plays with confidence and attitude.
Tina's still into running, finishing the same City of Oaks 1/2 marathon as she did a few years ago. Maddy and Livy's favorite way of exercising is biking, while Joe has his mega monster Trikke
Our new family activity: geocaching.com - we find hidden treasures while walking on trails or even eating at restaurants. You'd be amazed how many people hide treasures for other people to find.
It seems we get more visits than us going out, so in our mind, that's awesome. We had Betty, Chad and their little one Levi, famous Junko
and Joe's mom side of the family all come and stay at our place. Woot woot!
This year brought us few travels, but we managed to hop over to CA to see Anthea get married to Ian and to see John hook up for life with Janet. We also had a rare Chen family reunion in Chicago and we met up with Andy and Jennifer
That's all our "To Dones" for 2011 (ha ha). Happy New Years and we hope to catch you in 2012 either virtually or hopefully face to face.
Love,
Joe, Tina, Maddy and Livy (and Brownie of course).
